Finance Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial analysis and decision support, the full-time remote Finance Manager will oversee planning, management reporting, and financial optimization to drive business growth across multiple entities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner, delivering financial insights for operational alignment and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, customer health, and key performance metrics
- Manage financial planning, including budgeting, forecasts, and financial consolidation across the organization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling
- Proficiency in NetSuite preferred; expert-level skills in Excel and Google Business Apps
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation in financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master's degree highly preferred
- Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred
