Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the Finance Department, the full-time Finance Manager will manage financial planning, controlling, and accounting tasks, while working in a hybrid environment between Berlin and Vienna.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, build reports, and provide actionable recommendations for business units
• Oversee the creation of budgets and forecasts, critically assessing existing assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities
• Coordinate with accounting and sales teams to ensure accurate cost management and financial transparency

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning
• Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the food retail industry
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Dynamics 365
• Strong project management experience and the ability to manage complex topics
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
