Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the remote Finance Manager will manage the NAO Financial Analyst team, oversee FP&A forecasts and consolidations, and drive process improvements while demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and consolidations, including variance analysis
- Lead the NAO Financial Analyst team and support functional business efforts
- Prepare various reports on project financial status, earned value, risks, opportunities, and program profitability
Required qualifications
- Ten years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or Math
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong working knowledge of financial planning systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Experience in program finance and managing multiple contracts
