Finance Manager
Job Summary
Driving financial planning and analysis in a fully remote capacity, the Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with senior leadership to modernize finance processes through AI and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
- Own monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve finance processes and enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years in Corporate Finance/FP&A or a related analytical field
- 3+ years of manager/supervisor experience
- Recent experience implementing AI and automation tools in finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills
