Finance Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and strategic, the full-time salaried Finance Manager will assist the finance team in conducting detailed financial analysis of healthcare operations, leading the budgeting process, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiencies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process and drive execution against financial plans in collaboration with practice leadership
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate actual, forecast, and budget results to leadership on a monthly basis
• Develop financial models and reports while partnering with financial and operational leaders to provide actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or financial analysis
• Experience in financial planning, financial modeling, and creating data-driven analyses
• Background in supporting operations within a multi-site healthcare or clinic-based organization
• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, with experience in SAP, Adaptive Planning, or PowerBI being a plus
