Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide financial planning and reporting, the full-time remote Finance Manager will lead the consolidation and analysis of financial results, develop executive reporting packages, and partner with finance teams to coordinate planning and budgeting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial results, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights
- Develop and maintain executive reporting packages to communicate financial performance and business drivers
- Analyze actual results versus forecasts and budgets, identifying trends and emerging business risks
Required qualifications
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial and/or accounting experience, including budgeting and forecasting
- 5+ years of experience with financial reporting and business performance analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and complex formulas
- 3+ years of experience creating presentations for executive-level audiences using Microsoft PowerPoint
