Job Summary
To oversee Finance & Accounting operations for a hospital-based division, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage month-end financial close processes, prepare financial reports, and support budget preparation while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the month-end financial close process to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
- Prepare subsidy calculations, review expense accruals, and analyze variances to budget
- Develop monthly presentations and assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of financial analysis experience in the healthcare industry
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of wRVU principles and physician reimbursement
- Ability to review and interpret contracts related to physician compensation
