Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support operational improvements in healthcare finance, the full-time salaried Finance Manager will assist in detailed financial analysis, lead budgeting processes, and develop financial models while collaborating with leadership teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting process and drive execution against financial plans
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial results, forecasts, and budgets to leadership
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or financial analysis
- 5+ years in financial planning, modeling, and data-driven analysis
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare or clinic-based organization
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office 365, with knowledge of SAP or PowerBI as a plus
