Job Summary

Managing a team in a full-time capacity, the Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting while ensuring adherence to financial policies and controls, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and improve team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations
