Finance Manager
Job Summary
Leading finance operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while partnering with leadership on strategy, optimizing costs, and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead all core finance operations, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing financial insights and commercial analysis
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, improving operational efficiency and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or highly transactional industries
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business intelligence and KPI reporting
- Technologically savvy with knowledge of AI tools and modern finance technology
