Job Summary
Supporting financial integrity in a full-time capacity, the Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with the Senior Finance Manager to influence business management and strategic initiatives in Westwood, Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Supports the annual budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly forecasting processes, analyzing key assumptions and financial implications
- Prepares financial reporting and analysis to provide insights into accounting issues and business trends
- Develops executive-level presentation materials and coordinates with the Enterprise Marketing team on financial planning and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Financial planning and analysis experience
- Marketing finance experience (preferred)
