Job Summary

Managing a team responsible for financial strategy and operations, the full-time remote Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental deadlines
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reports and analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations
