Finance Manager
Job Summary
To oversee all accounting and finance functions for a portfolio of programs, the remote Finance Manager will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial standards while supervising a finance staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise all financial areas including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Ensure timely preparation and compliance of financial reports with appropriate standards and regulations
- Develop strategic business plans and forecasts, monitoring actual financial performance against budgets
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Seven years of experience in accounting and finance, with prior management experience preferred
- Experience with DoD or BOS contracts or federal contract support is required
- Expert-level knowledge of automated financial systems and proficiency in Excel
- US citizenship is required
