Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the Growth Office's financial foundation, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage cross-functional finance integration, business partnership, workforce analytics, and financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with finance teams to align financial processes, planning assumptions, and reporting across business units
- Serve as the financial partner for Growth Office leadership, providing insights on strategic account performance and profitability
- Support forecasting and budget cycles, maintaining financial models and preparing variance commentary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive finance experience with a focus on FP&A, business partnering, and analytics
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams with varying priorities
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with sales analytics, pipeline reporting, or commercial finance preferred
