Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support financial impact analysis and client-specific reporting, the full-time Finance Manager will evaluate plan design changes, collaborate with internal teams, and utilize data analytics tools in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate the financial impact of plan design changes using existing models and collaborate with internal partners
- Support the development of new analytical tools and conduct user acceptance testing
- Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders, including Sales and Underwriting teams, on financial analyses and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, finance, and pricing, or a related role
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis
- 1+ year of experience working with PBM data or financial analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to articulate analytical results clearly
