Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning and leading the financial strategy, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage financial modeling, budgeting, board reporting, and headcount planning while acting as a strategic partner to leadership in a high-ownership role.

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously improve the financial model and rolling forecasts, tracking actuals vs. budget and providing insights to leadership
• Lead annual budget development and ongoing management, partnering with functional leads to translate operational plans into financial numbers
• Prepare monthly and quarterly board reporting materials, including KPI dashboards and financial summaries, while managing relationships with external accounting firms

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A or finance operations at startups or growth-stage companies
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills with a proven track record of building dynamic models
• Experience managing the annual budget process and headcount planning
• Demonstrated experience in building board-grade reporting and translating financial data into strategic recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and finance tools like NetSuite or QuickBooks
