Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-enabled teleradiology service, the full-time Finance Manager will manage payroll, tax compliance, and accounts payable while partnering with US and Group teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll decisions and administer the RVU-based radiologist pay model
• Direct multi-state payroll tax compliance and manage vendor invoicing and expense reimbursements
• Lead US management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while acting as the primary finance contact for US operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a US finance/accounting role with hands-on payroll and payroll-tax compliance experience
• Experience directing an outsourced finance or payroll provider, setting standards and reviewing outputs
• Working knowledge of Rippling or a comparable multi-state US payroll platform
• Familiarity with International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) is preferred
• Strong Excel skills and a pragmatic approach suited to a scaling business environment
