Job Summary

To support the growth of a pioneering AI healthcare company, the full-time Finance Manager will oversee payroll, tax compliance, accounts payable, and financial reporting while operating remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations, including payroll decisions and compliance for US employees
• Lead US management reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support financial planning and operational expenditures
• Act as the primary finance contact for US activities, ensuring accurate reporting and collaboration with the Group team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a US finance/accounting role with payroll and payroll-tax compliance expertise
• Experience managing outsourced finance or payroll providers and setting operational standards
• Proficiency in using Rippling or a similar multi-state payroll platform
• Familiarity with International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) is preferred
• Strong Excel skills and a pragmatic approach suitable for a scaling business environment
