Finance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance financial reporting processes, the full-time hybrid Finance Manager will oversee the monthly reporting cycle, manage the FP&A Reporting Analyst, and build automated data flows across various systems while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end monthly reporting cycle, including management and Board reporting
• Manage the planning calendar and system, ensuring effective input collection and budget reviews
• Build and maintain automated data flows to streamline reporting processes and eliminate manual rekeying

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance with ownership of a monthly reporting cycle
• Hands-on experience with planning or reporting systems such as TM1, Anaplan, or Adaptive, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Proven ability to build or rebuild reporting processes from the ground up
• Advanced Excel skills for creating and auditing reporting workbooks and models
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field
