Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage programmatic budgets, coordinate with various departments for organizational budgeting, and review grantee financial documents while contributing to the overall financial integrity of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programmatic budgets, coordinating with Accounting on budget-to-actual reporting
• Review grantee financial documents and prepare recommendations based on their financial positions
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and analytical support as needed

Required qualifications

• Four-year college degree with coursework in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• At least seven years of professional experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis
• Strong understanding of basic nonprofit accounting
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other Windows products
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
