Finance Manager
Job Summary
Driving financial performance in a remote full-time capacity, the Finance Manager will manage P&L, lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, and provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage all aspects of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for specific business lines or departments
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads
- Provide financial analysis and insights, including variance analysis and KPI reporting, to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, preferably in a tech company
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling
- Experience with PBCS or Essbase is strongly desired; familiarity with NetSuite, SQL, and/or Looker is a plus
- Ability to build complex financial models from scratch
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
