Finance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure financial integrity and compliance, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage the end-to-end financial close process, serve as a business partner to CEOs, and oversee budgeting and forecasting while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, delivering accurate management accounts
• Act as the primary finance business partner to CEOs, providing financial analysis to support operational decisions
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitoring performance against targets

Required qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance management
• Proven experience in full-cycle month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Hands-on experience coordinating statutory audits and managing relationships with external auditors
• Strong working knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP) and compliance matters
• High proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
