Finance Manager
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Finance Manager will lead financial reporting, manage treasury operations, and oversee the company's debt portfolio while collaborating with external stakeholders and senior management.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Oversee the company's debt portfolio and maintain banking relationships for optimal financing
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, banking, or corporate finance
- Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
- Proven ability to negotiate financing terms and manage debt facilities
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in ERP/treasury systems
