Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reporting package using Hyperion Financial Management and Workiva/Wdesk
• Prepare SEC filings (Form 8-K, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Proxy) and file with SEC utilizing Workiva software
• Conduct technical accounting research, write technical accounting memos, and coordinate audit efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years related business experience, including 2 years of public accounting experience
• Deadline oriented with excellent time management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and all MS Office Programs
• Knowledge of GAAP concepts and terminology
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
