Finance Manager, Cobrand Cards

Job Summary

To support the financial health of the Global Cobrand Cards Program within the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program, the full-time salaried Finance Manager, Cobrand Cards will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective execution of financial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual Co-Brand Card marketing program budget and forecasts
• Develop procedures to track and report on Loyalty points and awards from Co-Brand Card marketing efforts
• Provide financial analysis and support for the execution of the enterprise-wide annual budget and long-range planning processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting processes within a global organization
• Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Experience managing business initiatives and accounting for large-scale technology projects
• Preferred: CPA or MBA
• Preferred: Experience in the lodging or hospitality industry
