Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly forecasting and reporting process for headcount, equity, and SBC
• Partner cross-functionally to develop actionable hiring and expense targets
• Build executive-level reporting packages and provide forward-looking analysis on financial impacts

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role
• Experience owning end-to-end forecasting and reporting processes
• Proven ability to build scalable financial models and reporting
• Experience evolving finance systems or tools
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; experience with planning and BI tools is a plus
