Finance Manager, Cost Management

Job Summary

To support the governance of the Cost Management Program, the full-time salaried Finance Manager, Cost Management will manage financial analysis and modeling of real estate transactions while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and govern the Cost Management Program, ensuring data integrity and proper reporting of cost management activities
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement financial programs aimed at cost reduction and performance improvement
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess real estate transactions and monitor ongoing performance against projections

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent field
• 4+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
• 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects to implement finance programs
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
