Finance Manager - Deal Desk

Job Summary

Guiding financial strategies remotely, the full-time Finance Manager - Deal Desk will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to evaluate trade-offs, develop strategic forecasts, and transform complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to shape growth strategy and inform decision-making
• Developing and owning scenario-based topline forecasts to guide financial planning
• Communicating financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders and executives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
• 2+ years of experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function
• Proven experience in financial analysis to inform growth or go-to-market strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling
• Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus
