Finance Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Finance, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A Finance Director in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Develop financial models for performance evaluation, including cost-benefit analyses and long-term projections
• Provide financial insights and recommendations on cash flow, revenue forecasts, and expense management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles focused on financial planning & analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems
• Experience with advanced data analytic tools or financial reporting platforms
• Familiarity with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) or environmental sustainability programs preferred
