Finance Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

To drive commercial insight and revenue forecasting, the full-time remote Finance Manager, FP&A will manage the revenue forecast model, partner with cross-functional teams for pipeline analytics, and support Board of Directors reporting with high-quality analytical frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company's revenue forecast model, integrating various data points and managing the reporting cycle
• Analyze performance across sales and marketing funnels, providing actionable insights and serving as the financial voice in go-to-market planning
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors, including performance packages and KPI dashboards, ensuring high-quality outputs for institutional investors

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech company
• Prior experience in a private equity-backed company or firm, with familiarity in portfolio reporting and sponsor expectations
• Hands-on experience with Board-level reporting and the ability to structure narratives around performance
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency in SQL, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders, demonstrating strong business acumen in SaaS metrics
