Finance Manager FP&A Systems

Job Summary

The remote Finance Manager FP&A Systems & Analytics will manage the support and maintenance of financial planning and reporting applications, influence the design of future FP&A processes, and collaborate with IT to ensure continuity in financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between finance and IT to support existing planning and reporting applications
• Partner with the Associate Director of FP&A to design future-state FP&A requirements and ensure they are supported across all workstreams
• Provide thought partnership to the FP&A team on evolving processes and streamlining efforts within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate and/or global finance environments, preferably in-house corporate FP&A
• Deep understanding of financial planning processes and experience with financial planning applications such as Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, and SAP
• Strong analytical skills and proven financial modeling experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; advanced degree, CPA, or MBA preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively at all organizational levels
