Finance Manager (FSLDP)
Job Summary
To support the development of future finance leaders, the full-time remote Finance Manager (FSLDP) will manage financial analysis services, prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide analytical support to senior management within a structured three-year rotational program.
Key responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis services and prepare long-range plans and annual budgets
- Assist in investment analysis and review actual results against forecasts
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and educate management on financial policies
Required qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of an MBA program, graduating no later than summer 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the current program
- Three or more years of experience in sophisticated financial modeling
- Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong leadership ability and teamwork skills
