Finance Manager I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager I, Marketing Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of core OPEX and headcount forecasting and consolidation workstreams
• Partner with leaders to optimize resource allocation across marketing channels and initiatives
• Own financial reporting and insights for executives, including performance drivers and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills with experience in financial dashboards and models
• Experience with planning/ERP tools and a willingness to learn new systems
• Demonstrated business partnering experience with marketing or sales teams
