Finance Manager - Industrials Division

Job Summary

To support the Industrials Division, the full-time salaried Finance Manager will drive financial reporting, ARR analysis, forecasting, and operational analytics while collaborating with divisional leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recurring ARR, revenue, and operational reporting across the Industrials Division
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packages
• Analyze SaaS performance metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating leverage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
• Prior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses required
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights required
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
