Finance Manager, Investor Relations

Job Summary

To enhance investor engagement, the full-time salaried Finance Manager, Investor Relations will lead the investor outreach program, support earnings processes, and develop strategic communications while collaborating with senior management and various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the investor outreach program by analyzing ownership data and meeting activity
• Create preparation materials for senior management for meetings with the investment community, including earnings presentations and conferences
• Manage quarterly earnings processes, including data collection and analyst reaction tracking

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with an understanding of card economics
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with the competitive dynamics of the payments industry
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; knowledge of TM1, Power BI, and Gen AI is a plus
