Finance Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Job Summary

Leading financial oversight for 27 North American manufacturing sites, the remote Finance Manager, Manufacturing Operations will manage product costing, financial controls, and operational performance while overseeing a team of two analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management for manufacturing sites, focusing on conversion costs, labor, overhead, inventory, and working capital
• Oversee product costing governance, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
• Manage monthly close, reporting, and financial performance reviews for manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, and manufacturing financial controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
