Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes
• Supervise team activities, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment and training
• Produce financial reports and ensure accuracy in balance sheet account analysis and journal entries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate and improve team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
