Finance Manager, Radiation Oncology

Job Summary

To ensure strong financial stewardship within a complex clinical environment, the full-time salaried Finance Manager, Radiation Oncology will manage financial operations, oversee budgeting processes, and support clinical trial financial management while working in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Steward and analyze financial data to support Radiation Oncology departments and facilitate the annual budget process
• Generate and analyze clinical and financial performance reports while developing workflows to ensure compliance and safeguard business practices
• Lead recruitment and training for finance team members, fostering collaboration across departmental and institutional partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with enterprise financial and clinical systems, particularly in healthcare environments
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Completion of LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for supervisory experience
