Finance Manager - Revenue Growth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Finance - Revenue Growth Management/Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute pricing strategy to drive revenue, margin, and mix improvements
• Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to enhance growth and customer retention
• Lead the development of reporting tools and dashboards to monitor RGM performance and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, or Pricing
• Prior experience managing or leading teams is preferred
• Experience in Foodservice, B2B, or large customer/channel environments is strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and Power BI required
