Job Summary

Leading global sales compensation strategy and analytics, the full-time Finance Manager, Sales Compensation will oversee sales compensation processes, drive performance analytics, and partner with leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end sales compensation processes, including plan design, commission calculations, and governance
  • Lead advanced analytics to generate insights on sales performance and incentive effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and finance leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for performance improvement
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related roles with exposure to sales compensation
  • Proven finance leader with a strong track record of strategic and operational impact
  • Experience supporting sales organizations, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in Salesforce and ICM platforms
