Finance Manager, Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Managing the full company P&L and financial reporting, the full-time remote Finance Manager, Strategic Finance will oversee financial operations, produce executive-level reports, and lead the annual operating plan while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full company P&L and produce monthly business reviews and financial narratives for senior leadership
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan process, including forecasting and scenario analysis across all functions
• Produce quarterly financial materials for the Board of Directors and support executive decision-making on investments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a high-growth technology or SaaS company
• Experience owning a full company or business unit P&L and navigating ambiguity
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and proficiency in NetSuite and at least one BI tool
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to analyze and communicate financial implications for the business
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
