Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations
Job Summary
To support the company's growth through organic expansion and acquisitions, the full-time remote Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations will manage financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the finance organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and provide operational support for monthly close and audits
- Own the annual budgeting process and develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and data integrity across the finance organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including FP&A and finance operations
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity, international finance
- Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience with subscription-based business models and advanced Excel skills
