Finance Manager - Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Finance to lead financial operations within fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plan (AOP) and reforecasting for supply chain cost centers
• Partner with enterprise FP&A and Supply Chain leadership to align forecasts and improve EBITDA
• Lead weekly labor planning and develop real-time visibility into cost drivers and operational trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics
• Proven ability to build complex, driver-based financial models
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting for large, multi-line cost centers
• Strong partnership mindset with a track record of influencing operational leaders
• Advanced technical skills in SQL/Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel
