Finance Manager with CPA

Job Summary

Managing financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Finance Manager with CPA will oversee Physician Accounting, Leases, and Fixed Assets, while establishing relationships and mentoring staff in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts complex financial and operational analysis, preparing reports and recommendations for senior leadership
• Leads department activities, mentoring staff and addressing complex budget and financial issues
• Develops financial and operational strategies that align with the organization's vision and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with additional experience
• Current CPA certification preferred
• Five years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree or seven years with a Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Lawson/Inforum, and intermediate Excel skills
