Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance - Mergers and Acquisition professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and target screening to identify potential acquisition targets
• Assist in financial analysis and preparation of financial models for acquisition prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop acquisition strategies and support transaction workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes
• Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
