Finance Modernization Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Modernization Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Corporate Finance modernization roadmap
• Provide thought leadership on solutions and emerging trends to inform the Finance modernization roadmap
• Partner with Finance leaders and technology teams to align business and technology roadmaps and develop solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant functional area
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry
• Experience and knowledge of Finance & Actuarial processes and systems
• Business modernization/optimization and project management experience, preferably in a Finance function
• Demonstrated insightful strategic thinking
