Finance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Officer for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and submit client invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and manage payment setups
• Maintain payroll records, process updates, and assist with year-end tax submissions
• Process daily banking transactions, reconcile statements, and support financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Up to 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, particularly with QuickBooks Online
• Solid understanding of accrual accounting and financial compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
