Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the accounts receivable process and serve as the main contact for payroll and repayments for designated customer accounts
• Reconcile payments from employers with corresponding invoices and coordinate timely adjustments
• Investigate payment discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve processes and decrease loss for employer accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role with a dedicated set of customers
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis
• Experience in building customer relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; startup and FinTech experience is a plus
