Finance & Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Own month-end close, accounts payable/receivable processes, and enterprise-level reporting
• Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• Demonstrated cash-basis and accrual-basis accounting fluency
• Hands-on experience managing AR/AP processes and month-end close
• Enterprise-level reporting skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and familiarity with modern accounting/finance tools
