Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the accounts receivable process and serve as the main point of contact for payroll and repayments
• Reconcile payments from employers with their corresponding invoices
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and evaluate current processes for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Customer Success)
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis
• Experience in building customer relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; startup or FinTech experience is a plus
• Bonus points for familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
